Privacy Policy

LittleLift is a private stress-support companion that helps people talk through stressful moments, create small next steps, save what helped before, and find support resources.

Information stored on your device

In this MVP, check-in notes, mood pulse selections, chat history, saved tasks, stress memories, and support plan details are stored locally on your device. LittleLift does not require an account.

You can reset chat history and clear private saved app data from the Privacy tab inside the app.

Optional health signals

LittleLift may offer opt-in wellness check-ins based on patterns such as sleep, heart-rate trends, recovery, or other wearable/device signals. These signals are used only to ask supportive questions such as how you are doing and whether you want to talk through the day.

LittleLift is not a medical device and does not diagnose, monitor emergencies, interpret oxygen levels, or provide medical advice. For concerning symptoms, urgent health questions, or emergencies, contact qualified medical care or emergency services.

Photo analysis

If you choose to analyze a photo, the photo is sent to the LittleLift AI backend so it can suggest one small next action. Do not upload photos containing sensitive documents, private addresses, faces, financial information, medical information, or anything you do not want processed.

Photos are processed in memory by the LittleLift backend to generate the requested response. The LittleLift backend does not intentionally save uploaded photos after the response is created.

AI chat

If you use AI chat, your recent chat messages and basic support-plan context may be sent to the LittleLift AI backend and AI provider to generate a response. Do not enter private information you do not want processed by an AI service.

The LittleLift backend does not require user accounts and does not intentionally build user profiles from AI chat content. AI providers and hosting providers may process request data to provide and secure their services.

Product analytics

LittleLift uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure non-content events such as first opens, screen views, onboarding steps, feature use, and return visits. Firebase may process an app-instance or device-level identifier, product-interaction data, basic device information, and advertising-attribution data.

LittleLift does not intentionally send private notes, chat text, mood details, health values, photos, names, phone numbers, or support-plan text to Firebase Analytics.

Subscriptions and purchases

If you start or restore LittleLift Plus, Apple processes the payment and RevenueCat helps LittleLift verify the purchase and manage subscription access. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase receipts, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal and expiration dates, country or region, and an app-specific subscriber identifier.

LittleLift does not receive your full payment-card details. Subscription information is used only to provide, restore, support, and measure LittleLift Plus. Private notes, chat text, mood details, health values, photos, and support-plan text are not sent to RevenueCat.

Advertising and tracking

LittleLift is adless. Google Ads may be used to advertise LittleLift itself, and Firebase may measure whether an advertising campaign led to an app installation. This is developer advertising, not third-party advertising displayed inside LittleLift.

LittleLift does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, sell personal information, or use private notes, chat content, mood entries, health signals, photos, or support-plan text for advertising targeting.

Data retention and choices

Local private data remains on your device until you clear it, uninstall LittleLift, or erase the device. AI chat and photo requests are processed to provide the feature you requested. Service providers may retain limited request, security, diagnostic, or analytics data under their own terms and configured retention.

You can clear locally saved private data from the Privacy tab and revoke Apple Health or photo access in iPhone Settings. LittleLift currently has no user account containing cloud data to delete.

Health and safety

LittleLift is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, emergency support, or crisis care. LittleLift should not be used to choose medication, dosage, treatment, legal action, financial decisions, or safety decisions. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call emergency services. In the U.S. and Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support.
